Matt is a Founder and Managing Partner of Grandview Analytics. With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Matt has developed a deep expertise designing and implementing data management and business process solutions for buy-side investment managers and financial service providers. Prior to forming Grandview, Matt spent his career working in structured finance, hedge fund administration, middle office outsourcing, and operations consulting roles at Bank of America, Cortland Capital Market Services, and Guggenheim Partners. Matt was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance in 2001.
Chris Lamb, CFA
Chris is a Founder and Managing Partner of Grandview Analytics. With over 14 years of experience in the financial industry, Chris has developed a deep expertise in financial modeling, portfolio risk management, and optimizing processes for buy-side investment managers and financial service providers. Prior to forming Grandview, Chris spent his career working in structured finance analytics and alternative asset portfolio risk management in roles at Bank of America, Gemini Alternative Funds, and Alphametrix. Chris was born and raised in Rochester, New York and graduated from the University of Rochester with a BA in Economics in 2002. Chris is a CFA charterholder.
Andrew is a Director at Grandview Analytics. Prior to joining Grandview, Andrew spent his career working in structured finance and consulting with various roles at State Street Corporation, Bank of America, Guggenheim Partners and CME Group. His diverse experience among clients has allowed Andrew to develop a thorough knowledge of financial modeling, performance and attribution, project management and the software development life cycle. Andrew is originally from Glens Falls, NY. He graduated with an MBA in Finance from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2011 and completed his BA in Economics at Colgate University in 2003.
Ryan is a Vice President at Grandview Analytics. With over a decade of experience, Ryan has worked across both business and technology functions within the financial industry. This has allowed him to create a highly proficient skillset for channeling analytic-driven insights into operational business improvements and implementations. Prior to joining Grandview, he held roles at Bank of America, Northern Trust, and Guggenheim Partners working with hedge funds and structured finance vehicles. Ryan was born and raised in Midland, Michigan. He graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with an MBA in 2012 and the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics in 2005.
David is a Vice President at Grandview Analytics. Prior to joining Grandview, David served as a Vice President at Northern Trust Corporation. At Northern Trust, he was responsible for Middle Office solutions for high profile clients. David has expertise in clearing and settlements, security lending, and analytics across all asset classes. Prior to Northern Trust, David held various management and business analyst positions at US Bank, Bank of America, and LaSalle Bank where he supported front, middle and back functions for large institutional clients. He completed his BS in Finance at the University of Dayton in 2003.
Vice President, Technology Strategy and Development
Lev Krasner is the Head of Software Development at Grandview Analytics. Throughout his career in the fin-tech space, Lev has served as lead architect and developer on a number of analytical, risk management, and high frequency trading systems for hedge funds and clearing firms. Prior to joining Grandview, Lev consulted for the CME Group where he helped drive the technology strategy for the development of a risk engine that allows end users to calculate and evaluate margin requirements for OTC derivatives. Lev is an experienced software engineer and solutions architect with significant experience managing on and off-shore software development teams. Lev earned his MS in Computational Finance in 2008 and his BS in Computer Science with a concentration in data analytics in 2005.
Phillip is a Vice President at Grandview Analytics. Prior to joining Grandview, Phillip worked at BlackRock Asset Management where he designed and built a reporting system for Blackrock’s Institutional Product offerings within the Global Consultant Relations team. Phillip began his career at Merrill Lynch as a Risk Analyst and then transitioned into a software development role at Solus Asset Management where he was responsible for developing and supporting their proprietary portfolio management and risk systems used across the front, middle, and back office. Throughout his career, Phillip has developed a strong skill set in the areas of database development, data management, reporting, and process design for the investment management industry. In 2001, he graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Management with a concentration in Finance, and a BS in Biochemistry and Biophysics.
Victoria is a Senior Analyst at Grandview Analytics. Prior to joining Grandview, she was a Consulting Manager at FactSet, and responsible delivering data and technology solutions to Fixed Income clients across the Midwest. During her tenure with Factset, Victoria worked with a diverse group of investment firms including asset managers, banks, hedge funds, and insurance companies. Her hands-on experience with a variety of financial institutions taught her the integral role that technology plays in the financial services industry. Victoria is from Addison, Illinois and graduated from The University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance in 2012.
Bonifacio is an Analyst at Grandview Analytics. With 5 years of experience in the financial industry and a current pursuit of a Master’s in Predictive Analytics at Northwestern, Bonifacio has a deep understanding of how technology and analytics drive the financial industry. At Allstate, Bonifacio was responsible for developing automation of financial and capital allocation models for their insurance agencies. Prior to working at Allstate, Bonifacio worked on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade for CME Group and an algorithimic trading firm. Bonifacio graduated from University of Illinois – Chicago with a BS in Finance in 2010. Bonifacio was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.
